With more than 40-years of experience in the field of Architecture, he has a wealth of diversified experience as a Principal, Architect, Administrator, Project Manager, Specifications Writer, Planner, Project Inspector, Designer and Architectural Draftsman.
His background also includes an impressive variety of project types including major hotel renovations, office buildings, showroom complexes, warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, day care facilities, federal projects and planning projects. He is responsible for the successful completion of millions of square feet of commercial buildings by staff under his supervision.

Bobby Pross, President
Bobby has more than 20-years of experience at Pross Design Group as an Architect, Production Manager, Project Manager, Designer, and Drafter. His background includes warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, cold storage, office buildings, retail, and residential. Bobby’s client list includes not only local, but also out-of-state developers and business owners.
Mr. Pross oversees the office production, as well as, designs and manages projects from inception to completion. He is involved in all projects in the office, helping to ensure they run as smoothly as possible throughout the project duration.

Josh Kozuch, Project Manager
Josh has been in the light industrial sector since 2005. He has managed several tilt-wall and cold storage buildings from the schematic phase through the completion of construction. Josh's attention to detail leads to a thorough set of plans, a smooth construction process, and happy clients. Josh builds a strong rapport with consulting engineers and the general contractor to ensure that the entire team is putting forth a coordinated effort toward the goal of a quality project.

Pat Horstman, Senior Interior Designer
Pat is our Senior Interior Designer at Pross Design Group. She has over 30-years of experience as a Designer, Project Job Captain, and CAD Draftsperson. Her background includes industrial facilities. Clients have included Fortune 500 companies, national manufacturing companies, developers, small business owners and hotel chains.
Prior to joining PDG, she was an Interior Job Captain with Leo A. Daly (Dallas), a Project Designer with Corgan Associates (Dallas), a CAD specialist and Designer with both Fisher and Spillman (Dallas) and HMBH (Dallas). Early in her career she worked for office furniture dealerships as a Designer, CAD systems manager, and sales assistant.
Areas of expertise include finish selections and specifications, programming, space planning, systems furniture planning, millwork design, interior project management, construction documents, signage and interiors construction administration.

David Morales, Project Architect
David is an Architect and Project Manager with over 14-years of experience in the field of Architecture. He has worked in all facets of the architecture process from schematic design through construction administration. In addition to traditional practice, he has over 7-years of code consulting and code application experience with a specialization in accessibility standards.
David’s project experience includes a variety of project types giving him a great breadth of architectural experience. Project types include office, light industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, food processing, cold storage, restaurant, retail, residential, and community-based projects.
Prior to working at Pross Design Group, David has held positions at several well-established firms. As Project Architect at Halbach Dietz Architects, David worked in support of the Fort Worth Zoo Wilder Vision project, which included a 100-million-dollar expansion of one of the highest rated zoos in the country. As a Project Manager to Rogue Architects, David worked with a variety of retail and restaurant clientele to develop successful projects across the country. David spent several years working on the project team for the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History in partnership with AIA Gold Medal recipient and Design Architect, Ricardo Legorreta.

Daniel Ibaven, Project Coordinator
Daniel's experience with other company cultures exemplifies a strong sense of adaptability. He started his career in Mexico as a subcontractor supervisor absorbing the practical field experience and eventually transferred that knowledge to design light industrial and commercial buildings at Pross Design Group. His work in construction within the industrial sector endorses more than 9 years of experience working with warehouses, manufacturing storage, laboratories, retail, interior finish-out projects, and cold storage facilities.
