At Pross Design Group we approach each project, regardless of size, with the same detailed method. We assist our clients in planning for their project through carefully developing and gathering project costs and feasibility data. We understand the benefits of good planning, and we are here to help make your project a success.

Given the importance of Site Design, we carefully research local codes and ordinances, site topography and soil conditions to maximize the natural attributes of the site. With special consideration given to these attributes, we ensure the final site configuration and design is workable and complies with the Clients wants, needs and financial goals.

All of our projects are based on the Project Manager model.  The launch of each project begins with a professional staff member assigned to our client and given the task of leading the project through all stages of its development.  All correspondence will be through the Project Manager, assuring continuity in the relationship between the 

Client and Architect.

At the core of every successful project is good design.  We specialize in a variety of design services for new construction, renovation projects and refurbishing existing spaces.  Our design services include spacial planning, interior design, design and construction documents, and final specifications.  Our finish-out design services customize your space while creating environments that are productive, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing while reinforcing the Client's image and brand.

As Architects, we take great pride in the quality of our working drawings and specifications produced by our firm.  The precision and efficiency of our drawings and document packages are borne through rigorous review from each level of staff member and ultimately ending with the firm's leadership.  Upon completion of the drawing and document package, we will provide a full, 16-section CSI Project Manual to compliment the working drawings.

Upon request, we will assist the client through the process of taking the project out to market for bidding purposes.  During this time, all phases of construction will be carefully administered by Pross Design Group, from shop drawings and change orders, to optional record drawings. The Project Manager will monitor the construction of the projects and provide written field reports and photography for client records, if so desired.
